From a back bedroom idea to an award-winning, brand engagement agency in the heart of Leeds, XSEM has been on a phenomenal journey.

Founded in 2003 by Dan Bardgett & Michael Gwilliam, the business has developed from hospitality and golf events through to a full-service agency, sat amongst the Top 30 in the UK.
Our responsibility
We are members of isla, an action-focused organisation driving a reduction in events industry emissions. We've embarked on a training plan and assigned a team to look at how we can make changes to our business and your events.
